By accessing or using DEV Automations' infrastructure, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not access our services.
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for our Enterprise users. Downtime caused by beta infrastructure, third-party LLM providers, or extreme traffic spikes excluded. Priority slack support is restricted to business hours (CET).
You retain all rights to the data you feed into our systems (including your lead lists and prompt architectures). DEV Automations claims no ownership over your inputs or generated outputs. We do not use your private data to train our foundational models.
All fees are non-refundable unless legally mandated. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. Overage usage on API connections (Voice or Chat) will be billed at the standard rate of $0.05 per minute/message.
In no event shall DEV Automations be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
